Lead Tool - Intro

The Lead Tool is an improved version of the previous contact form 'My Project'.

 

The main difference lies in the treatment of incoming requests from End Users. You now have the possibility to involve PRO Partners (& branches) and Service Partners in the follow-up of these leads, generate new business opportunities and strenghten your partnership with strategic partners.

At any time, you keep an eye on the commitment of your PRO Partners and Service Partners to respond efficiently to customers' requests. And you are able to collect the feedback of both the PRO Partners and the end users.

 

(For contact requests submitted by other profiles, the leads are simply forwarded to Panasonic by email, following the same process than the previous 'My Project')

 

The new Lead Tool is highly customizable to adjust exactly to your needs!

Contact Form

The contact form 'My Project' (ie. www.panasonicproclub.com/myproject/GB_en/home/) is replaced by a short and engaging Contact Form with:

 

With this unique Contact Form, you are able to classify every type of request following realistic business patterns, entrust the corresponding departments immediately, shorten response delays and increase Customer Satisfaction and Brand Recognition.

 

 

ALL incoming leads are classified as follows:

1. User type (End User - Installer - Wholesaler - Shop - Architect/Engineer - Teacher/Student - Other)

2. System type (Air to Air / A2W)

3. Application type (Residential / Large scale)

4. Type of Work (Installation / Maintenance / Info Request)

Basic Operation

Among the options described below, YOU decide which one is the most relevant for your market and the structure of your organization:

 

Leads from End Users

1. Publish a new tab for PRO Partners (and their branches) and Service Partners in My Projects > Lead Tool with an integrated Lead Management Platform. Select between 2 operation modes:        

2. No new tab in the website for PRO Partners, branches and Service Partners. You forward the leads manually by email to whoever you want

 

Leads from Other Profiles

For all other profiles, there is one unique operation mode. You receive a copy of all incoming contact requests in your inbox which you are able to forward manually by email to whoever you want (internal departments, third parties...)
